   I.  Order process and online registration

 1.     How do I purchase products on

 2.    When should I order?

We always recommend you to order at least one day in advance. This will help us serve you better. However, in some extraordinarily important cases that require only simple flower samples, we will accept your orders 1 or 2 hours before delivery.

 3.     How will you confirm my order?

After filling out the order form and clicking on “Order” on our website, you will receive an order notification per email. After having received your order, we will call or email you to confirm the order.

 4.     How can the quality of all your products be guaranteed?

All agents and suppliers have been carefully selected and have committed to give Hoayeuthuong and our customers the best products and services! If you, for any reason, are not satisfied, please contact us at 0919101442 PBX (Manager) or email us: Any feedback will be helpful, as we only want happy customers.
In the rare case of insufficient floral materials, we will proactively get in contact with you to inform and offer you the best alternative.

 5.      Do I have to register as a customer on before purchasing?

Registering is not compulsory, but it gives us a better chance to offer you the best service. You will, for example, receive promotions and special offers.

 6.    I forgot my password
  • To retrieve your password, click on “Forgot your password?”.
  • Enter the email address used when you registered, then click “Continue”.
  • We will send you an email with a link to reset your account – please click it.
  • Enter your new password and press “Save” to complete.
    II.  Payment

 7.     How can I pay for my orders?

We offer several means of payment. You can pay directly via bank transfer or online through or Please see detailed instructions under Customer service à Payment instructions.

 8.     Money transferring through banks and post offices can take some time, while I need my order carried out urgently… what can I do?

You can take a picture or scan the money transfer receipt and email it to us: In emergency cases, we can accept this type of confirmation.

 9.     Will I be charged any shipping fee?

Mostly not – we offer free delivery in most of Vietnam from our branches in all 63 provinces. However, if there is not any branch of Hoayeuthuong in your area, we will charge an extra fee depending on the distance from the center to the delivery location.

 III.  Quality, changes/cancellations, and delivery

10.    How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order is already en route, has already been shipped or delivered, we are unable to change or cancel it.
If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just email us or call us at 01234569301.          

When should I cancel my order at the latest to receive a refund?

  • Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: At least 2 hours before expected delivery time.
  • Other provinces: At least 4 hours before expected delivery time.
11.    How do I know whether the recipient receives the ordered product on time?

When the product has been delivered, you will be informed via email, chat, or SMS.

12.    How can I check the product quality if I’m not the recipient of the product?

You may ask the recipient to take a photo of the product. In case you are asking us to take and send pictures, a service fee will be charged.

13.    I want to buy flowers but I don't know how to choose the right ones. What should I do?

14.    Where does Hoayeuthuong deliver flowers to?

We deliver to all provinces in Vietnam. We also deliver to other countries, e.g. USA, UK, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc. – contact us for more information on flower delivery locations.

15.    Can I order from outside Vietnam?

Yes, you can order no matter where you are – that’s one of the reasons we have our 24/7 hotline, so we can be there for our customers from all the different time zones.

We are so convinced that you will be happy with our products that if you are not satisfied we will refund you the full cost accompanied by an apology gift from us.
